MAA Golf Tournament
November 6, 2009
The response was extremely positive, with a total of 44 members, staff and guests who participated in the Texas Scramble format.
Participants were again allowed to enter their own teams and a modified California scoring system was used to rank the scores of each foursome. In the end, it was the team from 5468796 Architecture Inc., comprised of Ken Borton, Grant Labossiere and Aynsle Hurdal, together with their guest Mark Penner , who took home the trophy.
Other winners, at an individual performance level, included Gordon (hacker) McGarva for the Men’s Straightest Drive contest, Barb Mah for the Women’s Straightest Drive contest, Kerry Feeney for Closest to the Pin on the Front 9 and Martin Kuilman for Closest to the Pin on the Back 9,.
The MAA was most pleased to once again receive very generous support from many local companies.
