How to Register A Practice
Requirements for an Architectural Sole Proprietorship

 
  • The principal of the architectural practice must be an MAA Registered Member. 

  • No other individual may be associated with the principal of the architectural practice. 

  • The name of the practice and letterhead must satisfy the requirements outlined in Section 15.4 of the MAA By-Laws.

 

Application
Click here for an application to register as a sole proprietorship. Please attach the application fee, in the amount of $157.50, and a copy of the proposed letterhead with the application.

Applications for Registered Membership and the sole proprietorship may be submitted at the same time.
