Membership

• An Investigation Chairman
• Other members appointed by the Executive Committee.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Consider and investigate all complaints submitted to the Committee concerning the conduct or competence of any MAA Member.
• Conduct an investigation into the conduct or competence of any MAA Member, when it considers an investigation appropriate.
• Provide a written report with recommendations to the Executive Committee regarding the disposition of a complaint.
