Architectural Sole Proprietorship

• The principal of the architectural practice must be a MAA Registered Member.
• No other individual may be associated with the principal of the architectural practice.
• The name of the practice and letterhead must satisfy the requirements outlined in Section 13.8 of the MAA By-Laws.

Applications for Registered Membership and the sole proprietorship may be submitted at the same time.
