Membership

• A member or ex-officio member of Council.
• Six MAA Registered Members, appointed by Council for a three-year term (two new members appointed each year).

Chair

• A Committee member appointed by Council.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide advice to Council on the educational and research activities conducted by the MAA, including mandatory continuing education requirements. ^[1]
• Provide advice to Council on requests for grants to research and educational programs conducted by others.
• Provide advice to Council on the appointment of MAA Members to other educational and research bodies.
